The Virtual Access GW5000 Series Service Managed Gateway is a high-performance rack-mountable version of the highly successful Virtual Access router range. In combination with the Activator Service Controller, these Gateways uniquely empower service providers to deliver end-to-end business-class services at the lowest life-cycle cost. The Service Managed Gateway supports value-added applications such as legacy migration, firewall, Quality of Service, and high availability.

The GW5000 offers:

• Multiple WAN options: E1/T1, X.21 serial, ADSL, GSM/GPRS
• Ethernet WAN and combinations of the above
• 100 IPSec VPN, unlimited data, and VoIP user capacity (WAN dependant)
• Primary WAN failover to various secondary WAN options
• High availability router redundancy architecture
