The Virtual Access work-flow management system: Process Director, automates the ordering process of customer premises equipment (CPE) and services, and it integrates the various systems involved in the service management process.
On receipt of an XML order from the customer system, Process Director populates the required information in Activator and Monitor systems and requests shipment of devices from logistics. Process Director supports data transfer through HTTP, HTTPS and SMTP in XML and CSV formats, with the option to extend to other protocols if it is required by other third-party systems.
