Process integration ensures that your managed services solution is easy to manage. Process integration helps you minimise complexity and easily fulfill your Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 

  • Activator™ is a key element of the Virtual Access Zero Touch network device management solution, which introduces deployment ease to the network and allows network scaling up to approximately 250,000 nodes.
  • Monitor is a hosted system that allows support teams to actively monitor Virtual Access Service Managed Gateways and teleworker devices.
  • Process Director automates the ordering process of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and services, and it integrates the various systems involved in the service management process.

On receipt of an XML order from the customer system, Process Director populates the required information in Activator and Monitor systems and requests shipment of devices from logistics. Process Director supports data transfer through HTTP, HTTPS and SMTP in XML and CSV formats, with the option to extend to other protocols if it is required by other third party systems.
