The Virtual Access Service Managed Gateway (SMG) CPE appliances are now tailored to incorporate optional VoIP call quality measurement facilities. The Service Managed Gateway CPE family incorporates numerous on-board diagnostic facilities which are centrally accessible via the appliance Monitor portal such as:

  • Connection Monitor
  • Line History
  • Event Log
  • ARP Table
  • Trace Analyser

When used in conjunction with Mean Opinion Score facilities they enable any support operation to efficiently localise the nature of a reported voice call quality problem.
