Versatility is a key attribute of Virtual Access technology. With wide-scale deployments in service provider managed IPVPN networks, our CPE appliance technology is frequently used in MPLS and IPSec VPN networks alike. As a result, our service delivery models form the basis of numerous distributed applications such as: major high street retail, corporate teleworking, IP-Centrex VoIP and IP-PBX.

Service Delivery Models

Managed network providers are faced with the task of selecting, deploying, configuring and supporting the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) needed for network services within a wide range of applications.

Virtual Access simplifies these tasks by means of two versatile service delivery models: IP-Touch and IP-Select.

The IP-Touch model is an end-to-end service delivery solution that offers speed to market and minimised capital exposure, by means of a hands-off approach to CPE deployment and management.

The IP-Select model offers an automated self-delivery platform for those service providers for whom on-site services, configuration management and second level support of CPE appliances are key components of their value proposition. Either model offers an automated approach to delivery of services incorporating centralised service monitoring and in-depth diagnostic capabilities.
